About Desks North East

Desks North East is a free guide to coworking spaces, serviced offices and meeting rooms from the Tyne to the Tees: Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, County Durham, Teesside and Northumberland.

It's free to search, and free for operators to list. When you find somewhere you like, you contact the space directly through its own website or phone number. We don't take bookings, we don't handle enquiries, and we never take a commission.

Desks North East is an independent directory. We're not owned by, or affiliated with, any of the spaces we list, and a listing isn't an endorsement. We haven't visited or inspected the spaces, and we're not party to any agreement you make with an operator.

We build each listing from the operator's own public website, in our own words. We note the date we last checked it, and show that date on every listing. We don't copy other directories, and we don't copy photos: until an operator claims their listing and supplies photos they own, you'll see a placeholder.

Prices change. Where an operator publishes a price we show it as "From £X/day (as published by the operator)". Otherwise we say "Price on request". Always confirm details with the operator before you book.

Spotted something wrong? Report an error and we'll check it.

We don't publish reviews or star ratings. We'd rather give you accurate facts and let you decide.

Listing is free. Operators can pay a flat monthly fee for two kinds of advertising:

• Featured · Ad: up to three spaces per area appear in a separate, clearly labelled "Featured · Ad" section after the normal results (on the home page, below the area tiles), in random order.
• Ad · Area sponsor: one labelled banner on an area page.

Paying never changes the order of the normal results. See How paid placement works.
